New Rochelle Council on the Arts' variety showcase is holding "Through The Decades" on Sunday, March 8 at 3:30 p.m. All are invited to an afternoon of live music and spoken word celebrating the 40th anniversary of New Rochelle Council on the Arts, including performances representing each decade of the council's existence, from the '70s to the present, in the Ossie Davis Theater.  A public reception follows, from 5:15-6:30 p.m.
