NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Free family entertainment will continue every Saturday at the BID Farmers Market at New Rochelle’s Library Green. Items offered at the market include produce from local farms and gourmet foods. There are also performers and activities to entertain all ages. Here are some of the acts that are planned:

Photo Credit: ContributedSept. 20, 11 a.m. – Children’s performer Kurt Gallagher will play instruments like the guitar, ukulele, jaw harp and slide whistle, and will perform with his lumberjack puppets and more.
Sept. 27, 11 a.m. – Children’s performer Zev Haber will play fun songs on a banjo, guitar and percussion instruments, and encourage participation from the crowd.
