New Rochelle Artist Opens Exhibit Sunday

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – New Rochelle artist, teacher and musician David Tobey will hold an opening reception Sunday for his exhibit “Imaginaries II” at 52 Nob Court, New Rochelle. 

The reception will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. and feature 30 paintings being shown for the first time since a solo show by the artist in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood in May and June.

Tobey’s art feature bright and glossy colors on canvas.

A New Rochelle High School music teacher, Tobey will also play violin pieces from his professional work with the Westchester Philharmonic and other musical groups.
