As previously reported, more than 400 Latino teens from across New York will participate in workshops on cultural identity, leadership, college and career planning and the Latino vote.
The conference takes place at New Rochelle High School from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Rivera will lead an hour-long discussion with parents following his address to the students.
