Legislators To Discuss State Budget In Visit To New Rochelle HS

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. — Three state legislators will visit New Rochelle High School on Thursday, April 9, to discuss how the state budget affects local education.

The New Rochelle School District announced that State Senate Democratic Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins, Sen. George Latimer, Assemblywoman Amy Paulin and Assemblyman Steve Otis will visit from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the school's Linda Kelly Theater.

Other upcoming school district events at the high school include a Latino Youth Leadership Conference on Saturday, April 18, a family university talk on Monday, April 20, and a Special Education PTA event on Thursday, April 23.
