Zaino is a professor of political science at Iona College and frequent commentator in the media on political and electoral issues. She will be the guest at the next gathering of Coffee and Conversation in the Meeting Room of the New Rochelle Public Library, 1 Library Plaza.
She will discuss the state of the presidential elections on the eve of the party conventions and answer questions. The public is invited. Zaino has served as chair of the political science department, director of the Honors Program, and interim dean of the School and Arts and Science at Iona College. She has been published and quoted in national and local print media and has been a frequent guest on national and local radio and television.
Coffee and Conversation is an ongoing series of informal public gatherings sponsored by the League of Women Voters with guests discussing public issues. Coffee and light refreshments will be served at no charge. For further information, call 914-632-8254.
