Crash With Injuries Reported On NJ Turnpike (Developing)

There was a crash with injuries on the New Jersey Turnpike in Carteret, authorities said.

The crash occurred at about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1 on the turnpike's outer roadway southbound south of Interchange 12 (Carteret-Rahway), according to the NJ Turnpike Authority.

Details about the injuries were not immediately available.
