Maria Garcia, 15, of Ephrata was found safe around 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, August 17, according to an updated release by area police the following day.

Maria Garcia was recently residing with extended family in Ephrata Township, but for an unknown reason packed up her things and has not been seen or heard from since August 6, according to Ephrata police.
No description of her was released.
It is believed that she might be in Harrisburg as she has friends and family in the area.
