A 19-year-old Norwalk man suffered a gunshot wound to the chest after being shot during a scuffle on West Cedar Street. Two people were arrested in connection with the shooting. 

The Common Council discussed and finalized the city’s capital spending plan

The four candidates seeking the Democratic nomination to run for mayor all raised impressive amounts of money for their campaigns.
