Habitat For Humanity Observes 9/11 With A Week Of Service

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- In observance of September 11, 2001, the Habitat for Humanity of Westchester County is celebrating a week of service through Sunday, Sept. 14.

Habitat for Humanity of Westchester has dedicated its service to honor those who have died and veterans returning from overseas.

Habitat WC will be volunteering with many local and national businesses during this week. On Thursday, Habitat for Humanity will volunteer alongside Avalon volunteers

Habitat WC will volunteer with M&T Bank, as well as Goldman Sachs, on Friday, Sept. 12 and Con Edison on the Saturday, Sept. 13 to finish the week of service.

The team will also be working with various synagogues, churches and high schools to help support our veterans.
