The event will include a variety of outdoor activities and entertainment, including a bounce house, climbing rock, dunk tank, face painting, giant slide, henna tattoos, and sports and water game challenges.
Vendors will be providing jewelry, crafts, and a wide variety of refreshments including strawberry slushies, strawberry shortcake, chocolate-covered strawberries, hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, and snow cones.
The college's Black Ice step team, belly dancing class, and gospel choir all will perform at the festival.
Admission is free, but fees will be charged for food, games, and rides.
The entire event is organized by undergraduate students at the college.
The festival will be held from noon-5 p.m. at the main campus, 29 Castle Place, New Rochelle.
The planned location is the Maura Lawn, but the rain location if needed will be the Wellness Center.
