NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- New Rochelle's Agostino's Italian Ristorante recently got The New York Times' highest grade -- "excellent" -- after extensive menu tasting.
"The storefront is very unassuming; the pasta inside is another story," New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson said, when mentioning the review.
