The restaurant, housed inside and to the right (before you buy your movie tickets), is its own standalone restaurant from Chef Sherry Yard, a three-time James Beard Award winner and Chief Operating Officer for Tuck Hospitality Group, the business behind iPic.

Priding itself on a menu of contemporary comfort food with ingredients sourced from nearby farms and waters, the eatery, which officially opened May 15, is the largest iPic-owned Tuck Hospitality Group concept to date, housing 4,600 square feet of spacious drinking, dining and private event space.

The look is very California-esque with an intimate lounge area with plush couches in the front, and then, an open dining room with booth, table and bar seating options—including space at the exhibition-style kitchen.

There's also ample patio seating and an additional al fresco bar.

The center of the restaurant boasts a sprawling natural tree whose “bark” can be spotted on the adjacent wood-patterned booths. Guests will also find a playful nook with foosball and shuffleboard tables.

As for the food, expect innovative dishes -- i.e. burgers, chicken, salmon, short ribs and more --  complemented by a sophisticated beverage program designed by nationally lauded Master Bartender Adam Seger. In other words, lots of handcrafted farm-to-glass cocktails, local beers, and boutique wines.

Brunch is also on the menu, with items ranging from traditional French Toast with thick sliced brioche, ricotta, candied pecans and sliced bananas to decadent Slow Poached Egg and Short Rib served with mascarpone polenta and bacon braised kale.

City Perch Kitchen + Bar is located at Rivertowns Square (1 Livingstone Ave.); go to www.cityperch.com for more details.
